An interesting Conference on “Opportunities for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in Spain”, Organized on October 24 and 25 by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) seems to come to promote this important field in the field of science in Spain.

For Tuesday 25, the interventions of: Manuel Vázquez (Institute of Materials Sciences CSIC; Prof. Ivan K. Schuller from the University of California, Dr. Jean Yves Marzin from Laboratoire et de Nanostructures; Prof. Javier Martí Sendra from the Nanophotonic Technology Center of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Prof. José María Alameda from the Institute of Nanotechnology of the University of Oviedo, and Prof. Ricardo Ibarra García, from the University Institute for Research in Nanoscience of the University of Aragón.
