Bmibaby has announced that it will launch a series of flights between Spanish destinations from three regional airports in the UK.
Passengers traveling to or from Birmingham International Airport, Manchester Airport or East Midlands Airport will now have 30 extra services per week during the peak summer months.
Specifically, the number of flights from Birmingham to Malaga will be increased to 12 a week, and those to Alicante, Murcia and Faro will increase to seven a week, while Manchester airport gets a new service to Palma and East Midlands gains routes to Almería and Mahon.
Crawford Rix, CEO of bmibaby, said: "We are seeing strong demand from passengers for flights to typical summer destinations."
